2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 111taya. By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.
2.2 These Terms apply alongside any other policies, rules, or guidelines published by 111taya, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and promotion-specific terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless a specific policy expressly states otherwise.
2.3 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. 111taya will notify Players of material amendments via email to their registered address and/or a notice on the Platform.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms, and the term "you" shall include that party.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 111taya. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. 111taya enforces strict age verification and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
3.1 To register and maintain an account on 111taya, you must:

3.3 111taya reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 111taya Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address during registration. This information must match your government-issued identity documents. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4.3 KYC Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Republic Act 9160, 111taya will require identity verification. You may be required to submit:
4.4 KYC Threshold. KYC verification is mandatory for any withdrawal request exceeding PHP 10,000 and for all accounts to be fully verified before withdrawal limits above PHP 50,000 are unlocked. 111taya may require KYC at any earlier stage at its discretion.
4.5 111taya reserves the right to place a hold on funds pending completion of KYC verification. If verification is not completed within 30 days of the request, the account may be suspended and funds held pending resolution.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
5.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 111taya will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any communication purportedly from 111taya requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
5.3 You must notify 111taya immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 111taya may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
5.4 111taya will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to the proper notification described in Section 5.3. Losses occurring after notification will be subject to investigation before any determination of liability.
5.5 You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. 111taya's automatic session timeout of 30 minutes is a security feature but is not a substitute for manual logout.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 111taya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum daily deposit limits vary by player tier and KYC verification status, with a standard maximum of PHP 500,000 per day for fully verified accounts.
6.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 111taya wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes. 111taya does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
6.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — regardless of your relationship with the account holder — are prohibited and may trigger an AML investigation, account suspension, and report to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
6.5 All deposits must be in Philippine Peso (PHP). 111taya does not accept deposits in foreign currencies for PHP-denominated accounts. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation.
6.6 111taya reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.
7.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.2 Processing Times. 111taya targets the following processing times, measured from the time a withdrawal request is approved internally:
7.3 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your KYC-verified identity. 111taya will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.4 KYC Requirement. As stated in Section 4.4, KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawal requests above PHP 10,000. Unverified accounts are limited to a cumulative withdrawal cap of PHP 10,000 before full verification is required.
7.5 Bonus Wagering. Any portion of your balance derived from Bonus Credits remains subject to applicable wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn. The Real Money Balance component of your wallet is withdrawable at any time subject to the KYC and minimum withdrawal requirements above.
7.6 111taya reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending security or AML review if the transaction is flagged as potentially suspicious. Players will be notified of any such hold and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
8.1 111taya offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms in addition to these general bonus provisions.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by 111taya are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
8.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. The contribution percentage per game category is published in the relevant promotion terms. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10–20%, and table games contribute 5–10%. Crash games contribute at the rate specified per promotion.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not used within the applicable validity period (as stated in promotion terms, typically 7–30 days) will expire and be removed from your account without compensation. Expired bonus credits cannot be reinstated.
8.5 Abuse and Exploitation. 111taya monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and structured deposits designed to trigger bonuses repeatedly. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided and their account suspended.
8.6 111taya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not retroactively reduce the value of bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered.
8.7 Bonuses are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash or equivalent value outside of the applicable wagering process.
9.1 Game Rules. Each game on the 111taya Platform is governed by its own rules, which are available within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
9.2 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player. Technical issues preventing confirmation of a bet will result in that bet being voided and the staked amount returned to your balance.
9.3 RNG Integrity. All random number generator (RNG) based games on 111taya use independently certified RNG systems that produce statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. Certified RTP values are published for each slot title.
9.4 Live Casino. 111taya is not responsible for errors made by live dealers that are corrected in accordance with the applicable game studio's rules. If a live game session is interrupted due to a technical failure at the game studio level, 111taya will act on the information provided by the game provider.
9.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting is governed by 111taya's Sportsbook Rules, which are available separately within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. These Rules address settlement, in-play rules, dead heat reductions, and result disputes.
9.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed before any bet is placed. 111taya reserves the right to impose additional account-level stake limits at its discretion, particularly for VIP account management purposes.
10.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 111taya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in criminal referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:
11.1 All content on the 111taya Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game content, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and databases, is owned by or licensed to 111taya and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
11.3 The game content available through 111taya is owned by the respective game providers (including JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) and is separately protected by their respective intellectual property rights.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 111taya's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose.
12.2 111taya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.3 111taya does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, internet infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 111taya will not be liable for losses arising from any such unavailability.
12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 111taya makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose beyond its function as a licensed gaming platform.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

13.1 Responsible Gaming Tools. Every registered Player has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account Settings, without the need to contact support:
13.2 111taya cooperates with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry. Players who have self-excluded with PAGCOR-regulated venues may not register or maintain an account with 111taya during the exclusion period.
13.3 If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour or that of someone you know, you are encouraged to seek help through professional counselling services available in the Philippines.
13.4 111taya will not contact self-excluded Players with promotional materials during any active exclusion period.
14.1 By You. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 111taya support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Balances are not paid out upon voluntary account closure.
14.2 By 111taya. 111taya may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect if:
14.3 In the event of closure for breach, 111taya reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited. Players retain the right to contest this outcome through 111taya's formal dispute resolution process and, if unresolved, through PAGCOR's dispute mechanism.
14.4 Dormant Accounts. An account inactive for 90 consecutive days is classified as dormant. 111taya will send notification to your registered email and mobile number. Accounts inactive for 180 days with a positive Real Money Balance will be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of PHP 100, which will be deducted from the balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
15.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 111taya is governed by the 111taya Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15.2 By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that 111taya may process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, AML compliance, and regulatory reporting to PAGCOR.
15.3 111taya implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and access controls on all personal data stores.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your account shall first be submitted to 111taya's customer support team for informal resolution. 111taya will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player dispute resolution process, which 111taya is required to cooperate with as a condition of its license.
16.4 As a last resort, disputes that remain unresolved after the PAGCOR process may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17.1 111taya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide advance notice of material changes by email to your registered address and by posting a notice on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
17.2 Changes required for immediate legal or regulatory compliance (including PAGCOR directives) may take effect immediately without the seven-day notice period. We will notify Players of such changes as soon as practicable.
17.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 111taya.org/terms-conditions and will display the Effective Date of the current version. Your continued use of the Platform after the Effective Date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
17.4 If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 14.1 before the amended Terms take effect.
